Finally got the phone troubles resolved. I will post new pics in a few days.  For those following progress on Ron’s shell, here’s where my build deviates. Since I have to get this thing apart if I ever move, I’m using vinyl flashing instead of aluminum. This way, I can eliminate the use of caulk on the edges and glue vinyl 90-degree pieces on the sides to seal it up and still take it apart. I bet this would make more sense if I had pictures, huh?
