So the vinyl flashing isn’t working how I’d like. I’m going to try thin masonite for the inside. It’s fairly flexible, but still rigid enough as a good base for the outside foam. I can flute it if I need it to flex a little more running against the grain. I don’t want to distort the thin horizontal stringers.

I was also thinking of trying Coroplast. It’s a corrugated PVC plastic. I’m going to try some experimenting when I get it, but I suspect this stuff won’t be adequate. My current progress doesn’t justify any pics. I’ll have some time on Friday to try my new method. I’ll have pic’s then.
